How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Property Link account and the personal data linked to it at any time, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This includes data we received when you signed in with Google or Facebook (your name, email address and the account ID the provider gave us).

Remove Google or Facebook from your account

1. Sign in and open Profile › Sign-in & password.
2. Click Remove next to Google or Facebook. (If it's your only way to sign in, set a password first.)
3. You can also remove Property Link from your Facebook account: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites. For Google: myaccount.google.com › Security › Your connections to third-party apps & services.

Delete your whole account

1. Email hello@propertylink.ng or message us on WhatsApp from the email address or phone number on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We confirm it's you, then delete your account, listings, messages, requests and alerts within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
3. We keep only what the law requires (for example records of completed transactions and fraud reports), and nothing else.
