Listings

Owners and agents must only list property they are authorised to market, with accurate prices, fees and availability. Agents must have the owner's approval before a listing is published.

Verification

The Verified badge means our team reviewed the title documents provided. It is not a legal guarantee of title — buyers should carry out their own due diligence.

Payments

Property Link does not currently collect rent or purchase payments. Never pay before inspecting a property and confirming the title.

Prohibited conduct

Fake or duplicate listings, misleading fees, harassment and requests for payment before inspection are not allowed and may lead to suspension.
